Requirements
- Full, unrestricted psychotherapist licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LPC).
- Must be licensed to practise within the state of GA.
- 3+ years post-licensure experience preferred.
- Proven track record in supervising or training clinicians or peer support staff.
- Advanced skills in risk assessment, crisis intervention, and safety planning.
- Strong interest in AI and the ability to evaluate machine-generated text through a clinical lens.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex clinical needs into actionable feedback.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of Peer Support Specialists, providing performance monitoring, mentorship, and weekly supervision.
- Act as the frontline clinician for cases flagged by our AI systems or Peer Support team; perform direct outreach and risk assessment as needed.
- Conduct regular audits of AI conversation logs to ensure protocol adherence, clinical nuance, and patient safety.
- Monitor real-time clinical outcomes and escalate significant trends or safety concerns to the Medical Director.
- Use clinical insights from daily reviews to help refine and improve our automated patient pathways and safety guardrails.
