Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in partner management, channel partnerships, client success, or relationship management
  • Familiarity with the nonprofit, philanthropy, community foundation, or grants management sector
  • Ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders
  • Customer-first mindset
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity
  • Strong project coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting on KPIs

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all active partners
  • Conduct discovery conversations with potential partners to understand their expertise, client base, and strategic goals
  • Host regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews
  • Design customized training plans for each partner based on their focus area
  • Identify, vet, and onboard individual contractors for the implementation bench
  • Facilitate project kickoffs between partners, contractors, and internal project managers
  • Track and report on key partner program metrics including pipeline and CSAT
