Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in partner management, channel partnerships, client success, or relationship management
- Familiarity with the nonprofit, philanthropy, community foundation, or grants management sector
- Ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders
- Customer-first mindset
- Comfort operating with ambiguity
- Strong project coordination skills
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting on KPIs
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all active partners
- Conduct discovery conversations with potential partners to understand their expertise, client base, and strategic goals
- Host regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews
- Design customized training plans for each partner based on their focus area
- Identify, vet, and onboard individual contractors for the implementation bench
- Facilitate project kickoffs between partners, contractors, and internal project managers
- Track and report on key partner program metrics including pipeline and CSAT
