Requirements
- High School diploma, Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of experience managing external customers
- 5+ years of experience in CRM Project Management, Project Management, or Program Management
- Skilled in using Microsoft Project, Smartsheets, or similar applications
- Strong financial acumen
- Experienced with project risk assessment and mitigation strategies
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Pass a criminal background check and CJIS Security and Privacy: Privileged Role certification
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Responsibilities
- Successful implementation, cutover, and hand-off to Support
- Develop, manage, and implement the master project plan
- Allocate project staff to meet project objectives
- Lead a multidisciplinary project team
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders
- Facilitate meetings and provide status updates
- Manage project budgets, revenue, and cash objectives
- Analyze project costs and perform risk assessment and mitigation
- Execute the change management plan per sold contracts
