- Hands-on experience implementing SAP Incentive Management (SAP Commissions / CallidusCloud)
- Strong functional and configuration knowledge
- End-to-end implementation experience
- Experience gathering business requirements and designing compensation plans
- Experience with commission calculations, incentive rules, quotas, territories, workflows, and reporting
- Experience with integrations, testing, go-live, and hypercare support
- Multiple full lifecycle implementations preferred
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders
- SQL and data migration experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and design compensation plans
- Configure incentive rules, quotas, territories, workflows, and reporting
- Perform commission calculations
- Manage integrations with SAP ERP, CRM, and Payroll systems
