Requirements
- Active license with the Board of Pharmacy in the appropriate state
- National Certification, PTCB CphT
- 1 year of finance experience
- Must reside in AZ or TX
- Ability to work from a dedicated space with no interruptions
- Self-provided internet with minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed
Responsibilities
- Handle outbound member calls regarding billing inquiries, credit card declines, payment plans, and balances
- Resolve customer financial issues and provide member education
- Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints, and transactions
- Process Part B claims for PDP members
- Escalate unresolved and pending customer grievances
- Perform accounts payable processing and reporting
