Requirements
- 4–6+ years of paid social experience.
- 1–2 years of experience at or approaching the Associate Director level.
- Expert-level fluency in Meta and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Proficiency in YouTube and Pinterest is a strong plus.
- Strategic thinking capability combined with hands-on execution skills.
- Exceptional client communication skills with the ability to distill complex data.
- Strong written storytelling ability for recaps, strategy memos, and QBR decks.
- Proactive and autonomous problem-solving mindset.
- Experience with measurement and attribution frameworks (brand lift, sales lift, etc.) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead paid social strategy and campaign execution across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
- Own campaign architecture, full-funnel structure, audience strategy, and budget allocation.
- Build and drive testing roadmaps for creative, audience, bidding, and landing page hypotheses.
- Serve as primary client contact, including running performance calls and delivering recaps.
- Translate campaign data into strategic storytelling via monthly recaps, QBRs, and executive narratives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and internal leads.
- Identify growth opportunities and flag risks proactively.
- Contribute to pitches and new business efforts for performance media campaigns.
