Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of paid social experience.
  • 1–2 years of experience at or approaching the Associate Director level.
  • Expert-level fluency in Meta and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Proficiency in YouTube and Pinterest is a strong plus.
  • Strategic thinking capability combined with hands-on execution skills.
  • Exceptional client communication skills with the ability to distill complex data.
  • Strong written storytelling ability for recaps, strategy memos, and QBR decks.
  • Proactive and autonomous problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience with measurement and attribution frameworks (brand lift, sales lift, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead paid social strategy and campaign execution across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
  • Own campaign architecture, full-funnel structure, audience strategy, and budget allocation.
  • Build and drive testing roadmaps for creative, audience, bidding, and landing page hypotheses.
  • Serve as primary client contact, including running performance calls and delivering recaps.
  • Translate campaign data into strategic storytelling via monthly recaps, QBRs, and executive narratives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and internal leads.
  • Identify growth opportunities and flag risks proactively.
  • Contribute to pitches and new business efforts for performance media campaigns.
