Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of management experience in account management or sales.
- Proven experience in domestic and global relocation.
- Strong financial business management skills.
- Demonstrated system literacy.
- Prior expat experience.
- Proven high-level presentation and communication skills.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and relationship management capabilities.
- Organizational and cultural sensitivity.
- Experience managing tri-regional global engagements is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement account specific plans to achieve service, revenue, and profit goals.
- Manage client proposal development and the quarterly/annual client review process.
- Drive financial performance through cost management and margin attainment.
- Liaise with sales, IT, and support teams to ensure audit compliance and service delivery.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to foster effectiveness and professional growth.
- Monitor financial metrics including billing, cash flow, and revenue margins.
- Assess client relationships and manage risk to ensure contract retention.
- Collaborate with operations to drive customer satisfaction and service excellence.
