  • 5+ years of management experience in account management or sales.
  • Proven experience in domestic and global relocation.
  • Strong financial business management skills.
  • Demonstrated system literacy.
  • Prior expat experience.
  • Proven high-level presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and relationship management capabilities.
  • Organizational and cultural sensitivity.
  • Experience managing tri-regional global engagements is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement account specific plans to achieve service, revenue, and profit goals.
  • Manage client proposal development and the quarterly/annual client review process.
  • Drive financial performance through cost management and margin attainment.
  • Liaise with sales, IT, and support teams to ensure audit compliance and service delivery.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members to foster effectiveness and professional growth.
  • Monitor financial metrics including billing, cash flow, and revenue margins.
  • Assess client relationships and manage risk to ensure contract retention.
  • Collaborate with operations to drive customer satisfaction and service excellence.
