Responsibilities
- Manage operational responsibility for all Ruby Hotels to ensure quality, efficiency, and economic success
- Lead and develop Cluster Hotel Managers and their teams with a focus on performance and potential
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and operational processes to drive sustainable improvements
- Balance strategy and daily operations while maintaining a focus on entrepreneurial thinking
- Ensure Ruby standards and brand values are implemented across all locations
- Work cross-functionally with F&B, Rooms, Openings, and Interior teams to optimize operations
