Requirements

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in programmatic media buying.
  • Experience with Google Ads and DSPs like DV360, The Trade Desk, or Amazon DSP.
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to manage high volume, full-funnel campaigns.
  • Experience planning, executing, and optimizing B2B programmatic media campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with ad servers (Google Campaign Manager 360) and 3rd party verification tools (IAS, DoubleVerify, MOAT).
  • Exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain focus on a large, dynamic client account.
  • Design and execute programmatic strategies across Display, Video, CTV, and Audio.
  • Manage large scale budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Lead negotiation and management of Programmatic Guaranteed and PMP deals.
  • Translate complex programmatic data into actionable insights.
  • Partner with Integrated Planning and Data Strategy teams.
  • Oversee technical quality of campaigns and brand safety.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to associate-level team members.
