Requirements
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in programmatic media buying.
- Experience with Google Ads and DSPs like DV360, The Trade Desk, or Amazon DSP.
- Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem.
- Proven ability to manage high volume, full-funnel campaigns.
- Experience planning, executing, and optimizing B2B programmatic media campaigns.
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
- Experience with ad servers (Google Campaign Manager 360) and 3rd party verification tools (IAS, DoubleVerify, MOAT).
- Exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain focus on a large, dynamic client account.
- Design and execute programmatic strategies across Display, Video, CTV, and Audio.
- Manage large scale budgets to maximize ROI.
- Lead negotiation and management of Programmatic Guaranteed and PMP deals.
- Translate complex programmatic data into actionable insights.
- Partner with Integrated Planning and Data Strategy teams.
- Oversee technical quality of campaigns and brand safety.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to associate-level team members.
