Requirements
- 7+ years of experience designing and shipping production interfaces.
- Experience taking products from zero to one.
- Technically fluent with comfort working close to code (HTML, CSS, React, TypeScript).
- Strong prototyping skills using Figma, Framer, or AI-assisted tools.
- Experience building design systems or component libraries.
- Experience designing for AI products (human-in-the-loop, agentic interactions).
- Ability to analyze user behavior and solicit customer feedback.
- Thrives in startup environments with high ambiguity.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Recharts, Plotly, or D3 (preferred).
- Understanding of accessibility standards like WCAG.
Responsibilities
- Design the Company X-Ray Interface for displaying business performance and insights.
- Develop agent runtime and human-in-the-loop interfaces for model governance.
- Establish and own the platform's design system and component library.
- Create data visualizations to turn complex graph data into actionable insights.
- Lead low-fidelity exploration and prototyping phases.
- Conduct user research with customers to iterate on product design.
- Partner with engineering to ensure faithful implementation of designs.
- Define interaction patterns for streaming responses and uncertainty signaling.
