Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a STEM field
- 4+ years of professional experience as a Power BI Engineer or similar BI role
- Mastery of SQL, Power Query, DAX, and M language
- Deep knowledge of Power BI setup, configuration, and best practices
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Ability to effectively document, design, and model complex data solutions
- Highly customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work autonomously
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to capture data requirements and business questions
- Design and develop reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards
- Perform Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) operations
- Utilize Power Query to shape, clean, and transform datasets
- Leverage SQL Server expertise to design, optimize, and maintain database structures
- Monitor and enhance the performance of Power BI solutions
