Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of Salesforce Administration and hands-on experience with Sales Cloud.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Experience with Salesforce territory management tools.
- Expertise with Salesforce Reports and automation tools (Flow Builder).
- Demonstrated understanding of Agentforce, Prompt Builder, and Generative AI.
- Solid understanding of Data Cloud and sales productivity tools.
- Trailhead Badges and/or Super Badges.
Responsibilities
- Executes user and license management.
- Performs configuration changes (Flow, page layouts, reporting).
- Configures Agentforce Agents and Prompt Templates.
- Manages sandbox environments and scratch orgs.
- Translates business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Performs proactive system maintenance and health checks.
- Creates and updates technical documentation.
- Monitors user adoption and provides training.
