Requirements
- Experience in fast-paced, early-stage environments.
- Strong experience with web development.
- Experience building single-page applications.
- Proficiency with Vue.js, TypeScript, FastAPI, Python, and Postgres.
- Experience using an observability stack (e.g., Datadog) to monitor and troubleshoot production features.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Comfort working with Product teams to scope experiments and ideas.
- Security-focused mindset.
Responsibilities
- Iterate rapidly on experiences serving members and providers.
- Evolve early-stage solutions into mature, scalable products.
- Contribute to member-facing website and enrollment flows.
- Build provider-facing tools for care coordination and clinical workflows.
- Collaborate with Product and Design partners on cohesive, user-centered experiences.
- Participate in on-call rotations to triage alerts and maintain application health.
- Plan and execute numerous features across all product surfaces.
