2 or more years of experience in a similar role within alarm, video surveillance, access control, and home automation fields.
Excellent working knowledge of intrusion and IP CCTV and access control systems.
Experience in installing/designing video surveillance, fire, intrusion, or other security systems.
Experience in public speaking (as an advantage).
Strong communication skills.
Strong English skills (verbal and written).
Availability to travel for business.

Responsibilities

Promote and introduce product solutions according to customer thesis, technical consultation, and support of key clients.
Analyze customer needs in collaboration with the sales department.
Support tender submissions and technical proposals.
Develop system architecture, bill of materials (BOM), and compliance documentation.
Support proof-of-concept (POC) deployments and system testing.
Develop long-term relationships with key partners.
Conduct technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, and webinars.
Act as escalation point for complex technical issues and assist in troubleshooting.
Test product features and write technical documentation.
