Job Details

Experience: At least 5 years of clinical practice experience post-residency

Requirements

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Current, unrestricted license to practice medicine
Active board certification in Family Medicine
At least 5 years of clinical practice experience post-residency
Active/unrestricted medical license in South Carolina
Active medical licenses in at least one of CA, TX, or FL, plus 5 additional states
Availability to work weekends and assigned holidays

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatment planning
Manage and coordinate care for chronic conditions
Provide preventive care, wellness counseling, and health education
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results
Prescribe medications in accordance with state and federal regulations
Handle referrals and prior authorizations
Document tasks and communications in the electronic medical record (EMR)
Serve as a collaborating physician for assigned Nurse Practitioners
