Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in IAM projects
- Hands-on experience with One Identity Manager (OneIM) or other IAM tools
- Strong knowledge of Identity Lifecycle Management and JML processes
- Experience in provisioning, de-provisioning, and access change management
- Knowledge of RBAC / ABAC models and entitlement management
- Experience in access governance, compliance, and audit support
- Experience working in enterprise environments
- Fluent communication in English (C1)
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes
- Manage provisioning, de-provisioning, and access changes in enterprise environments
- Configure and maintain onboarding/offboarding workflows
- Manage RBAC and entitlement management
- Implement and maintain access certification and access review campaigns
- Ensure compliance with security policies and audit requirements
- Support audits by preparing reports and evidence
- Implement Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies
