Requirements

- Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and microservices.
- Practical experience applying AI frameworks.
- Strong software quality practices (testing, observability, performance optimization).
- Experience managing engineering budgets, infrastructure resources, and tooling.
- Success in hiring, coaching, and developing talent.
- Experience in financial domains (lending, payments, fraud prevention, etc.).

- Manage and lead multiple engineering teams, setting clear objectives and ensuring alignment with company goals.

- Drive performance management, ensuring continuous learning, coaching, and career progression for team members.
- Define clear KPIs and OKRs to measure team effectiveness and delivery success.
- Manage engineering budgets, tooling investments, and infrastructure costs to maximize efficiency.
- Clearly communicate the technical vision to engineering teams, ensuring alignment and commitment to delivery.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Business stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment.
- Oversee technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term system evolution.
- Promote the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices and guide teams in architectural decisions.
