Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience leading or supervising teams in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in staffing, MSP, recruitment, or supply-side marketplace businesses.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to instill operational discipline.
  • Proven ability to manage complex partner relationships and commercial conversations.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting KPIs.
  • Commercial acumen in pricing strategy, negotiations, or supplier management.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Slack, Miro, Monday, or Zoom.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Partnerships team.
  • Own agency network performance by managing fulfillment KPIs and conducting QBRs.
  • Design and execute supplier strategy including selection and offboarding.
  • Build scalable, AI-enabled operational processes and reporting systems.
  • Manage commercial relationships, rate card negotiations, and pricing strategy.
  • Translate network insights into actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve structural gaps in processes and team capabilities.
