Requirements
- 2+ years of experience leading or supervising teams in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
- Experience in staffing, MSP, recruitment, or supply-side marketplace businesses.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to instill operational discipline.
- Proven ability to manage complex partner relationships and commercial conversations.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting KPIs.
- Commercial acumen in pricing strategy, negotiations, or supplier management.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Slack, Miro, Monday, or Zoom.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the Partnerships team.
- Own agency network performance by managing fulfillment KPIs and conducting QBRs.
- Design and execute supplier strategy including selection and offboarding.
- Build scalable, AI-enabled operational processes and reporting systems.
- Manage commercial relationships, rate card negotiations, and pricing strategy.
- Translate network insights into actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve structural gaps in processes and team capabilities.
