Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–6+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial, construction, elevator, or technical sales.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes including lead generation, negotiation, closing, and collections.
  • Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into customer solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong coordination skills with cross-functional internal teams (finance, operations, engineering).
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in using sales tracking tools and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

  • Drive modernization sales by visiting existing and non-contract elevator customers and proposing tailored MOD packages.
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline using internal tools to track opportunities, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles including negotiation, deal closure, and ensuring timely payment collections.
  • Coordinate with factory, construction, and head office teams for order placement, material planning, and project scheduling.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to identify upsell and modernization opportunities across the assigned territory.
  • Support execution of modernization projects by ensuring alignment between customer requirements and internal delivery teams.
  • Achieve sales targets through structured territory planning, networking, bids, and tenders.
