Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Customer Success.
- Proven experience mentoring or leading engineers.
- Strong technical background in JavaScript, browser developer tools, and front-end debugging.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer focus with an understanding of how technical adoption drives retention.
- Highly organized with experience in a player-coach model.
- Comfort using AI tools to improve productivity.
Responsibilities
- Coach, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Engineers through regular 1:1s and career development planning.
- Own team performance by tracking KPIs like adoption, retention, and resolution metrics.
- Act as a senior technical lead on strategic accounts, managing relationships and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Identify and mitigate churn risk through proactive retention strategies.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to align on product feedback and release readiness.
- Maintain technical expertise in web technologies to lead customer discussions.
