Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Customer Success.
  • Proven experience mentoring or leading engineers.
  • Strong technical background in JavaScript, browser developer tools, and front-end debugging.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong customer focus with an understanding of how technical adoption drives retention.
  • Highly organized with experience in a player-coach model.
  • Comfort using AI tools to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Coach, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Engineers through regular 1:1s and career development planning.
  • Own team performance by tracking KPIs like adoption, retention, and resolution metrics.
  • Act as a senior technical lead on strategic accounts, managing relationships and troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Identify and mitigate churn risk through proactive retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to align on product feedback and release readiness.
  • Maintain technical expertise in web technologies to lead customer discussions.
