Requirements
- Expertise in Go and/or Rust.
- Experience building developer-facing platforms like Kubernetes operators and CI/CD abstractions.
- Experience building core services.
- Strong distributed systems instincts (consensus, coordination, state management).
- Ability to build secure, resilient, and fault-tolerant systems with observability.
- Thrive in 0-1 environments.
- Strong communication skills with experience in written plans and async updates.
- Experience with OIDC, OAuth, and mTLS is a plus.
- Knowledge of edge computing, eBPF, service meshes, or WASM is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build core systems and infrastructure including identity services and enforcement paths.
- Develop developer platforms and automation to improve engineering efficiency.
- Contribute to core product services.
- Build Kubernetes operators and CI/CD abstractions.
- Collaborate with founders, product, design, and engineering teams.
- Shape internal use of AI agents for engineering workflows.
