Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and maintaining CI/CD systems, developer tooling, or infrastructure platforms.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code tooling such as Terraform.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS.
- Experience implementing automated testing systems and developer infrastructure tooling.
- Experience integrating security checks (vulnerability scanning, secret detection) into CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong written communication and documentation skills.
- Experience owning technical systems end-to-end.
Responsibilities
- Redesign and maintain CI/CD pipelines to reduce manual intervention and improve velocity.
- Replace manual approval gates with automated quality and readiness checks.
- Build internal developer tooling and ephemeral development environments.
- Implement AI-assisted tooling to automate workflows and repetitive tasks.
- Embed security guardrails and compliance checks into the SDLC.
- Implement metrics to track deployment performance and developer productivity.
- Mentor engineers and document technical decisions.
