Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in real estate development finance, construction lending, or related fields.
- Solid understanding of construction loan mechanics, draw procedures, and loan covenants.
- Experience managing schedules and liaising with brokers and lenders.
- Strong financial literacy including reading loan agreements and cashflow modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
- High level of organization and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholder management.
- Experience with real estate developers, private equity firms, or construction lenders preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage and submit draw requests with supporting documentation for development projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all lenders and coordinate internal documentation gathering.
- Manage the insurance lifecycle, including soliciting quotes and ensuring lender compliance.
- Track interest accruals and reconcile statements against internal records.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports on draw status and cashflow requirements.
- Flag cashflow risks and coordinate with cross-functional teams to mitigate timing issues.
