- Experience with IT automation and reporting
- Ability to own complex projects and manage stakeholders
- Stellar collaboration and communication skills
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
- Independent problem-solving skills
- Background in a regulated or secure industry, ideally healthcare
Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of IT projects with emphasis on security and SaaS integration
- Receive and manage Level 3 IT helpdesk escalations and partner with MSP
- Drive projects from inception to impact
- Manage IT vendor relationships to ensure compliance and quality
- Collaborate cross-functionally to source and implement improvements
- Improve systems through code reviews, QA, bug fixing, and refactoring
- Drive SOC 2 readiness
