Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or related fields.
- Advanced proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels).
- Strong SQL proficiency.
- Experience with modern data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
- Strong foundation in experimental design, causal inference, and statistical methods.
- Exceptional communication skills to frame technical findings for stakeholders.
- Experience in DBT (plus).
- Experience on a Product growth team (plus).
- Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field (plus).
Responsibilities
- Identify growth opportunities by analyzing patient behavior data.
- Size opportunities for Product teams by working with PMs and engineers.
- Identify and monitor risks and trends.
- Frame analyses to influence team strategy.
- Develop regular forward-looking guidance for stakeholders.
- Design experiments, define success metrics, and implement statistical evaluation frameworks.
- Analyze experiment results and communicate learnings to stakeholders.
- Lead analyses on patient growth, clinician utilization, and marketplace dynamics.
- Translate adhoc analyses into repeatable frameworks and reporting.
- Collaborate with Data and Analytics Engineering teams on data pipelines.
