Requirements
- 7+ years in security engineering, application security, or cloud security
- Experience as a senior individual contributor or technical lead
- Deep knowledge of secure SDLC and API security
- Hands-on experience with AWS security services (IAM, KMS, WAF, etc.)
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code and container security
- Experience with cryptography and secrets management
- Familiarity with NIST CSF 2.0 and OWASP SAMM
- Ability to harden build, test, and deployment pipelines
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Build and scale security engineering practices for the platform
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Platform teams on security architecture
- Drive secure SDLC, threat modeling, and vulnerability management
- Operationalize cloud security controls in AWS
- Manage supply chain security, including SBOM and dependency management
- Define security standards and automated controls
- Provide technical leadership for security initiatives
- Develop security champions and training programs
