Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles
  • Partner with hiring managers and People teams to define hiring strategies
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies
  • Use data analytics and recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks
  • Enhance candidate experience through clear communication
  • Ensure accurate use of ATS systems and compliance
  • Support employer branding, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
