- Experience in startup or high-growth environments
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles
- Partner with hiring managers and People teams to define hiring strategies
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies
- Use data analytics and recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks
- Enhance candidate experience through clear communication
- Ensure accurate use of ATS systems and compliance
- Support employer branding, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
