  • Experience working closely with engineering leaders and influencing hiring decisions through data and market insights.
  • Familiarity with modern recruiting tools and AI-enabled platforms to improve sourcing efficiency and workflow optimization.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organized, metrics-driven, and comfortable working in ambiguous and evolving environments.
  • Strong understanding of talent markets and competitive hiring dynamics in the tech industry.
  • A proactive, continuous-learning mindset with a focus on improving recruiting practices and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sourcing strategies for technical roles, focusing on building and maintaining strong pipelines of passive engineering talent.
  • Design and execute creative sourcing approaches across LinkedIn, referrals, talent communities, events, and other recruitment channels.
  • Conduct initial recruiter screens and manage candidates through the full hiring lifecycle with a strong focus on candidate experience.
  • Partner closely with engineering leaders and hiring managers to calibrate talent needs and adjust sourcing strategies based on evolving priorities.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics such as pipeline health, conversion rates, and sourcing effectiveness to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure engagement, transparency, and a high-quality experience throughout the process.
  • Continuously improve sourcing workflows and recruiting operations using modern tools and AI-enabled platforms.
  • Provide market insights and talent intelligence to help guide hiring decisions and compensation positioning.
