Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certification or additional legal education is considered an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management, preferably within SaaS, software, or technology-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of commercial agreements, contract law principles, and legal risk management.
- Hands-on experience using Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools and supporting legal technology operations.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with global sales organizations and cross-functional business teams.
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence in stakeholder interactions and negotiations.
- Experience managing legal projects, workflow optimization, and process improvement initiatives.
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with software integrations and operational systems.
- Resourceful problem-solver with the ability to navigate complex contract challenges in dynamic environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete contract lifecycle process using a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform, from initiation through execution, amendments, renewals, and archiving.
- Review, draft, negotiate, and administer a variety of commercial agreements while ensuring alignment with legal standards and internal policies.
- Collaborate closely with global sales teams to facilitate timely deal progression and support revenue-generating activities.
- Develop and improve contract templates, workflows, playbooks, guidelines, and standardization processes across departments.
- Maintain accurate contract records, reporting dashboards, and SLA tracking to support operational transparency and leadership visibility.
- Provide contract-related guidance and support to internal stakeholders, including Sales, Customer Success, Security, Compliance, and leadership teams.
- Lead or support legal technology initiatives, including CLM tool administration, optimization, integrations, and process enhancements.
- Coordinate amendments, renewals, and ongoing contractual obligations in partnership with customer-facing teams.
- Conduct training sessions and office hours to educate internal teams on contract processes and CLM best practices.
- Manage relationships with outside counsel and legal service providers while supporting broader legal operations initiatives.
