Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, or strategic finance roles with strong exposure to business partnering.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and business case evaluation expertise.
  • Advanced communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and present executive-level insights.
  • Proven ability to operate in matrixed environments and build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to connect financial analysis to business outcomes.
  • Excellent storytelling ability, turning complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong judgment, prioritization skills, and ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Essbase, or Power BI.
  • Experience mentoring or developing junior finance professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic finance partner to senior leaders across Commercial Excellence, SEE, and enterprise functions, supporting decision-making through financial insight.
  • Lead financial modeling, business case development, and scenario analysis for special projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, executive-ready insights that inform planning and execution.
  • Own and improve FP&A processes, tools, reporting frameworks, and governance alignment to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between Finance, Commercial teams, and enterprise stakeholders to align priorities and outcomes.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert in FP&A methodologies, supporting best practices and financial rigor across teams.
  • Mentor and develop analysts, strengthening analytical capability, storytelling, and executive communication skills.
  • Contribute to team development, engagement, and capability building within the broader FP&A organization.
