Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or business partnering roles.
- Leadership and executive-facing experience.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and advanced analytical problem-solving.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and support strategic decision-making.
- Skilled at synthesizing complex datasets into clear, concise insights for senior leadership.
- Experience operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with multiple competing priorities.
- Preferred: experience supporting sales, public sector, or go-to-market organizations.
- Preferred: exposure to revenue forecasting, funnel analytics, and performance management frameworks.
- Preferred: proficiency with tools such as SAP, Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Preferred: prior experience mentoring or leading finance team members.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary FP&A business partner to Public Sector Sales leadership, delivering insights on revenue performance, trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Own revenue forecasting processes, including MRR, usage, and one-time revenue, ensuring accuracy through pipeline and bookings analysis.
- Lead funnel and sales performance analytics, including conversion rates, coverage ratios, productivity metrics, and segment performance drivers.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations to align financial planning with go-to-market execution and pricing strategy.
- Develop executive-level dashboards, reporting packages, and narratives that clearly communicate business performance and key insights.
- Support finance team development and continuous improvement of processes, tools, and reporting quality.
