Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Financial Reporting roles.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and advanced financial modeling skills.
- Proven experience preparing materials for executive leadership and Board-level audiences.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, matrixed environments with strict deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior executives.
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools such as Excel, SAP, Hyperion, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including P&L and cash flow statements.
- Develop executive-ready presentations and reporting packages for senior leadership, Board-level reviews, and Investor Relations.
- Analyze financial performance versus plan, forecast, and prior year, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes, ensuring accurate company-wide consolidation.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and maintain financial models supporting liquidity and capital allocation decisions.
- Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Investor Relations to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data.
- Deliver ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Drive process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and enhance data integrity across financial reporting activities.
