Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in IT, with strong exposure to Salesforce CRM environments.
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ Business Analysis and implementation.
  • Practical experience configuring Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, including workflows and automation.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce automation tools such as Flows (required), Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
  • Salesforce CPQ certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience in UAT coordination, testing, and end-user training.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements by working directly with clients and end users.
  • Translate requirements into user stories and define to-be process flows supporting Salesforce CPQ solutions.
  • Configure Salesforce CPQ and related cloud tools to implement business requirements and system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with developers and QA teams to test, validate, and ensure solution alignment with requirements.
  • Participate in workshops, requirement sessions, demos, UAT, and end-user training activities.
  • Evaluate and support the integration of new technologies into existing Salesforce frameworks.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely and quality delivery.
