Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, building production-grade applications
- Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and SQL (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Proven experience designing and scaling REST and GraphQL APIs in production environments
- Hands-on experience with data modeling, system architecture, and distributed application design
- Experience building or supporting data ingestion pipelines, ETL workflows, or data integration systems
- Prior experience leading engineers in Agile environments with ownership of delivery and team execution
- Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in fast-paced, scaling environments with evolving priorities
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and CI/CD practices
- Ability to mentor engineers and contribute to engineering culture and best practices
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers across full-stack initiatives, ensuring clarity in scope, priorities, and delivery outcomes
- Own sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies to maintain predictable execution and strong delivery cadence
- Design, build, and maintain scalable frontend and backend systems using React, TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, and REST APIs
- Oversee architecture and implementation of data ingestion workflows, integrations, and ETL-style pipelines
- Drive technical excellence through code reviews, system design, testing practices, and documentation standards
- Partner closely with Product and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable engineering solutions
- Manage delivery tracking using tools like Jira and ensure transparency across progress, risks, and dependencies
