Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) required
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in Python
- Proven experience building generative AI applications and multi-agent systems using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel
- Strong understanding of LLMOps practices, including evaluation, tracing, prompt versioning, and monitoring
- Experience working with enterprise data platforms (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Databricks)
- Deep knowledge of RAG architectures, vector databases, and LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google)
- Demonstrated ability to refactor external or legacy codebases into production-grade systems
- Strong understanding of security, guardrails, and enterprise IAM principles for AI systems
Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and refactor SI-developed agentic AI codebases into production-ready solutions
- Redesign and stabilize agent workflows, including state management, memory handling, and reasoning logic
- Implement strong error handling, retry mechanisms, fallback routing, and resilient workflow orchestration
- Collaborate closely with data engineers to ensure high-quality data access and with cloud engineers to enable secure deployment
- Instrument AI systems with telemetry and evaluation metrics
- Enforce enterprise-grade security guardrails and IAM policies
- Optimize performance across LLM systems, including retrieval strategies and cost efficiency
- Contribute to LLMOps practices such as prompt versioning and evaluation frameworks
- Translate AI product requirements into reliable, testable, and maintainable production code
