Job Details

Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Salesforce Omnistudio.
Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams in an Agile environment.
Expertise in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Aura Components, and Salesforce APIs.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data and security models, and platform capabilities.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce DX, VS Code, and Git.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence, motivate, and guide team members.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring project delivery aligns with timelines, quality, and client expectations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and project managers to understand requirements, define technical solutions, and guide project execution.
Architect and implement high-performing Salesforce Omnistudio solutions, including custom applications, components, integrations, and automation.
Oversee the full development lifecycle, from requirement gathering and solution design to testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.
Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to security and platform best practices.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including QA, business analysts, and administrators, to ensure solution stability, reliability, and maintainability.
Stay current with Salesforce innovations, recommending improvements and promoting continuous technical advancement.
