Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Salesforce Omnistudio.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams in an Agile environment.
- Expertise in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Aura Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data and security models, and platform capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce DX, VS Code, and Git.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence, motivate, and guide team members.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring project delivery aligns with timelines, quality, and client expectations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and project managers to understand requirements, define technical solutions, and guide project execution.
- Architect and implement high-performing Salesforce Omnistudio solutions, including custom applications, components, integrations, and automation.
- Oversee the full development lifecycle, from requirement gathering and solution design to testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to security and platform best practices.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including QA, business analysts, and administrators, to ensure solution stability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Stay current with Salesforce innovations, recommending improvements and promoting continuous technical advancement.
