Requirements

  • 7.5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with strong focus on Health Cloud.
  • Expertise in Health Cloud modules including Patient/Member Profiles, Care Plans, Care Teams, Health Timelines, Assessments, Care Gaps, and Utilization Management.
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience in DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Copado, Git, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins.
  • Deep understanding of EHR/EMR integrations, payer/provider workflows, and patient/member lifecycle management.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model, compliance requirements (HIPAA/PHI), and data governance.
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to mentor teams, manage architectural risks, and drive technical strategy.
  • Experience in Agile/Scaled Agile environments, supporting sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud solution architecture and delivery for large-scale healthcare projects.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions covering core Salesforce, Health Cloud features, integrations, data models, and automation.
  • Define and govern integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and healthcare standards such as FHIR and HL7.
  • Provide technical governance, including design/code reviews, architectural risk management, and ensuring adoption of Salesforce best practices.
  • Mentor and lead multi-shore teams of developers, admins, QA, and delivery resources, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to standards.
  • Collaborate with program managers and stakeholders to manage scope, timelines, risks, and delivery commitments.
  • Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of new Salesforce Health Cloud capabilities through PoCs and platform enhancements.
