Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with strong exposure to Service Cloud.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration including flows, custom objects, validation rules, security model, and data architecture.
- Experience working with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and system integrations.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems and Salesforce deployment tools/processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in Agile, collaborative development environments.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II, Service Cloud Consultant, or Administrator are highly desirable.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional global teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on Service Cloud functionalities such as Case Management, Console, Omnichannel, and Knowledge.
- Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development artifacts.
- Implement and support integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and related integration tools.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce platform components including objects, fields, validation rules, flows, permissions, and security settings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, QA, and senior developers to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment activities across environments.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues during development, testing, and post-deployment phases.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
