Requirements
- Fluent English (C1 level or above)
- Proven experience as a Principal Data Architect or equivalent in large-scale data platform programs
- Strong expertise in AWS cloud ecosystem and modern data architecture patterns (lakehouse, data lakes)
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, and vector databases
- Experience working with Snowflake
- Strong understanding of DataOps, data governance, and data lifecycle management
- Background in Financial Services (fintech, investment funds, asset management, or capital markets)
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills
- Familiarity with agile delivery environments and enterprise AI platforms (e.g., AWS Bedrock or similar)
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, evolution, and modernization of large-scale data lake and lakehouse architectures.
- Define and execute the strategy for integrating Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and vector databases into enterprise data ecosystems.
- Drive the design and implementation of AI agents to support business functions.
- Act as the primary technical advisor to senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Establish and enforce DataOps practices, data governance frameworks, and lifecycle management standards.
- Mentor engineering teams, fostering technical excellence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and define architectural roadmaps.
- Identify and mitigate architectural, operational, and security risks.
