Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development with a strong focus on Omnistudio
- Proven experience leading and mentoring Salesforce development teams in Agile environments
- Strong expertise in Salesforce technologies including Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Aura components, and APIs
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and platform capabilities
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce DX, VS Code, and Git
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to guide teams and influence stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Salesforce developers to ensure successful project execution and delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and business analysts to gather requirements and define technical solutions
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce Omnistudio solutions aligned with best practices
- Design and develop custom Omnistudio applications, components, integrations, and automation workflows
- Oversee the full development lifecycle including design, coding, testing, deployment, and production support
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, security guidelines, and development best practices
- Work closely with QA, business, and admin teams to ensure solution quality, stability, and reliability
- Continuously evaluate Salesforce updates and recommend improvements or innovations
