Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in frontend development with strong expertise in React.
- Proven experience in a senior or lead frontend engineering role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 (SASS/LESS preferred).
- Experience building and scaling large, customer-facing web applications.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling.
- Experience with frontend performance optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern build tools such as Webpack or Vite.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical thinking skills.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2 level) required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable frontend solutions using React and modern JavaScript (ES6+), ensuring performance and maintainability.
- Architect reusable UI components, design systems, and frontend frameworks for large-scale web applications.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and concepts into high-quality, interactive user experiences.
- Define and enforce frontend engineering best practices, including performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring frontend engineers through code reviews, coaching, and architectural guidance.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs, ensuring efficient and reliable data exchange.
- Drive key technical decisions related to tooling, frameworks, build systems, and frontend architecture.
- Optimize applications for performance, SEO, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Implement and promote robust testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and advocate for continuous improvement.
