Requirements
- 5+ years of integration engineering experience in production environments.
- Experience working with Coupa Integration Cloud and Coupa Open APIs.
- Understanding of procure-to-pay and source-to-pay processes.
- Experience with at least one major iPaaS platform such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, data transformation, and SQL.
- Understanding of ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Troubleshooting, analytical, and production support skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and build integrations between Coupa and enterprise systems such as ERP, finance, payroll, HR, and supplier platforms.
- Develop integrations using Coupa Integration Cloud, Coupa Open APIs, and middleware tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato.
- Implement and support supplier onboarding, procurement, invoicing, and payment data flows.
- Define and implement integration error handling, retry logic, reconciliation processes, and monitoring strategies.
- Manage integration security including OAuth, SSO, certificate-based authentication, and least-privilege access.
- Support production incidents, platform upgrades, and release cycles.
