Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales, SDR, or business development role with proven target achievement.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Comfortable working in US time zones and in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Ability to conduct engaging online product demos and explain technical or SaaS solutions clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify customer pain points and propose relevant solutions.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Positive, resilient attitude with the ability to adapt quickly and perform under pressure.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable working with modern sales tools, CRM systems, and digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Drive outbound sales activities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying new business opportunities across multiple channels.
- Build and manage outreach campaigns, including email sequences, follow-ups, and multi-touch prospecting strategies.
- Conduct product demos to showcase platform value, features, and business benefits to prospective customers.
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads, responding to inquiries and nurturing relationships through the sales cycle.
- A/B test messaging, outreach approaches, and sales tactics to optimize conversion performance.
- Prepare, present, and negotiate offers to close deals and support revenue growth.
- Identify upselling opportunities within existing customers by understanding their evolving needs.
