Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Consulting role within enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Strong expertise in either contact center technologies (CCaaS, telephony, IVR, CRM integrations) or PCI-compliant payment systems.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering executive-level product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer workshops.
  • Strong understanding of API-driven architectures, cloud environments (AWS preferred), and enterprise system integrations.
  • Experience designing scalable and repeatable technical solutions that align with customer and commercial objectives.
  • Solid knowledge of RFx processes, technical proposal development, and enterprise procurement cycles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent deals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Product, and Delivery teams.
  • Experience with PCI DSS compliance frameworks, omnichannel payment solutions, or partner ecosystems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical pre-sales process for enterprise opportunities, including discovery sessions, technical qualification, solution architecture, and customer validation activities.
  • Act as the primary technical advisor for customers and channel partners, delivering executive-level presentations, product demonstrations, and solution workshops.
  • Design scalable and standardized technical solutions leveraging API-based architectures, cloud technologies, and integrations across CCaaS, CRM, and payment ecosystems.
  • Develop high-level solution designs, document customer requirements, and support proposal creation with commercially viable and technically sound recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to drive pipeline progression, resolve technical blockers, and maintain momentum throughout the sales cycle.
  • Support RFIs, RFPs, and tender responses with structured and high-quality technical input aligned with customer needs and compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to sales enablement initiatives by training partner sales engineers, enhancing demo environments, and improving pre-sales assets and best practices.
  • Ensure solution integrity, scalability, and compliance standards while supporting a value-led and customer-centric sales motion.
