Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design for digital products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related fields.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
- Strong ability to use Excel for data analysis and interpretation.
- Experience working across end-to-end product cycles with measurable business impact.
- Hands-on experience with discovery processes, user research, and hypothesis validation.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define and track experience metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and contexts simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, organization, and self-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Translate user needs and business objectives into simple, scalable, and effective product experiences for restaurant management and financial workflows.
- Design user flows, wireframes, interfaces, and interactive prototypes across different fidelity levels to validate concepts before implementation.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment across the entire product development lifecycle.
- Participate actively in discovery processes, hypothesis validation, user research, and experimentation initiatives.
- Conduct usability testing, benchmarks, and competitive analysis to inform product and design decisions.
- Define and track product and UX metrics using qualitative and quantitative data to guide improvements.
- Contribute to prioritization discussions with PMs, helping refine requirements and product direction.
- Support and influence design practices, processes, and documentation within the broader product design chapter.
