Requirements
- Solid experience as a Product/UX Designer in digital products, preferably e-commerce or large-scale platforms.
- Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
- Experience with usability tests, perception tests, and solution validation.
- Strong analytical skills with experience reading data and product metrics.
- Mastery of design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
- Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to structure and validate product hypotheses.
- Familiarity with AI tools applied to design and productivity.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including discovery, ideation, prototyping, testing, and validation.
- Plan and execute quantitative and qualitative research such as surveys, interviews, usability tests, and perception tests.
- Transform user data and research insights into actionable recommendations for product evolution.
- Validate product hypotheses through experimentation, including A/B tests, prototypes, and MVPs.
- Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Analyze user behavior metrics (funnel, conversion, engagement) to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders.
- Apply AI-powered tools to streamline discovery, analysis, and design processes.
