Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in AEC or related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or Architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Familiarity with BIM coordination workflows.
- Basic clash detection skills (Navisworks or Autodesk Construction Cloud).
- Understanding of model organization (links, worksets, view templates).
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain accurate Revit models and coordinated documentation.
- Assist engineers with markups, basic calculations, and design documentation.
- Identify basic clashes and apply BIM standards.
- Manage model health, worksets, links, and file structure.
- Participate in QA and design review processes.
- Document design decisions and project changes.
- Suggest enhancements to templates and workflows.
