Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive program management experience in federal, healthcare, engineering, or infrastructure environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in VA, VHA, or comparable federal healthcare or infrastructure program environments.
- Strong knowledge of federal contracting frameworks, capital planning, and facilities engineering or construction management.
- Ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and manage multi-workstream portfolios.
- Strong executive communication skills with experience delivering high-level briefings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with reporting, analytics, or portfolio management tools.
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal clearance and meet VA suitability requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the full lifecycle execution of assigned healthcare engineering and facilities program portfolios.
- Serve as the primary contractor lead for assigned program areas, managing schedules, deliverables, and work standards.
- Supervise, mentor, and coordinate contractor personnel.
- Lead executive-level briefings and reporting for senior government stakeholders.
- Partner with contracting officers and technical representatives to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
- Monitor and manage program execution using analytical tools, dashboards, and Microsoft Office.
- Oversee large-scale capital project portfolios in healthcare facilities.
