Job Details

Solid experience in SAP project management within complex and large-scale environments.
Proven background in SAP enhancements, upgrades, and rollout projects (ECC and S/4HANA).
Experience managing system integrations between SAP and legacy platforms.
Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies applied to project delivery.
Experience working in global and multicultural environments, ideally with LATAM exposure.
Strong leadership skills with ability to manage technical and functional teams effectively.
Advanced English proficiency (mandatory, including interview stage).
Bachelor’s degree completed in a relevant field.
Strong communication skills for executive reporting, presentations, and stakeholder management.
Experience in Tax Reform or fiscal transformation projects is a strong plus.

Lead SAP project management activities, coordinating technical and functional teams across multiple workstreams.
Oversee project planning, scheduling, and control of deliverables, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and deadlines.
Monitor and manage KPIs, risks, and project performance indicators, ensuring transparency and governance.
Conduct status meetings and executive reporting with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Drive SAP enhancements, upgrades, and rollout initiatives, particularly within ECC and S/4HANA environments.
Ensure integration between SAP systems and legacy platforms, maintaining stability and data consistency.
Participate in global projects, collaborating with LATAM and international teams in Agile and Waterfall environments.
Support initiatives related to Brazilian Tax Reform, ensuring compliance and system adaptation requirements are met.
