Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Pedagogy, Communication, or related fields.
- Experience managing multifunctional teams, including content developers and field educators.
- Prior experience in B2B sales channels, with understanding of sales cycles, negotiation, and category management.
- Knowledge of active learning methodologies, instructional design, 6Ds, and the 70-20-10 model.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, content authoring tools, and microlearning formats.
- Strong analytical skills for KPI tracking, ROI analysis, and sales funnel evaluation.
- Excellent communication skills to influence both strategic leadership and regional execution teams.
- Proven project management skills to handle multiple product launches and training cycles.
- Availability for travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and planning of B2B sales training cycles, ensuring alignment with product launches and business priorities.
- Develop specialized content and sales arguments for different product categories.
- Enable sales teams to effectively use commercial tools to optimize sell-in, sell-through, and sell-out results.
- Curate and adapt training content for multiple formats, including microlearning, webinars, videos, gamification, and supporting materials.
- Oversee digital platforms to maintain up-to-date content and ensure engagement metrics are met.
- Coordinate and support regional educators to ensure consistent execution of training strategies.
- Monitor training quality, measure KPIs such as NPS, engagement, and correlation with sales performance.
